Climate control is provided by independent heating with radiators for the winter months and air conditioning for warmer days.

The apartment is located on Via Roma 17, a street historically rich in homes and puteche (from which the name is derived)—the traditional local artisan shops and businesses. Just a short walk away is the ancient Roman thermal complex of Sant’Antonio, as well as the start of the scenic promenade overlooking Vasto's expansive crescent-shaped gulf. Nearby, the Muro delle Lame Park features tennis and padel courts, along with free access to a running track, fitness trail, and parking area.
Walking up Via Roma, you reach the Belvedere Romani, where you can catch buses to Vasto Marina, the spectacular Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, or the Aqualand water park.
