This private villa has 2 double bedrooms: on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the main bedroom, on the upper floor, has a double bed and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds. There is another bathroom with shower upstairs.
The interior of the Vista Golf 5 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...

Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 500 euros is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
