Il Casale Dolcemare is spread over two floors and offers spacious and functional spaces, ideal for stays with family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 10 beds, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Outside, the property is surrounded by a large fenced garden, perfect for relaxing in the open air and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. A large portico equipped with a table and chairs creates the ideal space for lunches and dinners outdoors, immersed in the landscape of the Marche hills.

The house is also equipped with a private swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs, perfect for moments of relaxation during summer days, and a barbecue, ideal for organizing pleasant outdoor grills and sharing convivial moments.

• Attractions: Campofilone is located in a particularly favorable position for discovering the territory of the Marche, a region characterized by very diverse landscapes concentrated within a few kilometers. The village is situated on a panoramic hill in the province of Fermo and preserves an authentic atmosphere, made up of historic alleyways, local traditions, and a strong gastronomic identity. It is indeed famous throughout Italy for Maccheroncini di Campofilone IGP, a very thin egg pasta that represents one of the symbols of Marche cuisine.

One of the main strengths of the area is its proximity to both the sea and the mountains. In approximately 10–15 minutes by car you can reach the Adriatic coast, with seaside resorts such as Pedaso, Marina di Altidona, and Porto San Giorgio, which offer equipped beaches, fish restaurants, and seafronts ideal for walks and sunset aperitivos.

At the same time, in just over an hour by car you can reach the fascinating Sibillini Mountains, one of the most enchanting natural parks in central Italy. Here the landscape changes completely: plateaus, forests, hiking trails, and historic villages such as Montemonaco, Castelluccio di Norcia, and Amandola make the area perfect for trekking, nature excursions, and outdoor activities.

The surroundings of Campofilone are also rich in medieval villages, wineries, and local traditions. Among the most interesting destinations are Moresco, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Fermo with its elegant Renaissance square, and Offida, famous for its bobbin lace and wine production.
