Surrounded by a large private garden, the house accommodates up to 16 guests on two floors, making it ideal for family vacations, groups of friends, or small retreats. The property comprises two floors connected by an internal staircase.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace where guests can eat or relax, a lounge with a sofa, a reading corner, and a TV corner. There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, as well as a laundry room and a half bathroom. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom a suite with two double beds and a private bathroom.

On the first floor, there are two double bedroom and two triple bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and a suite with two double beds and a private bathroom. One of these double bedrooms also has a terrace with breathtaking views of the Apennines and the Piceno hills, while another bedroom offers access to another terrace overlooking the surrounding forest.

All bedrooms have satellite TV.
