There is a wall-mounted wooden shelf with a selection of books for guests to borrow and a wooden dining table and 4 chairs. Opposite the sofa bed, there is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with English and international channels. A TV cabinet holds a DVD player. There is also a side table with a lamp, a ceiling fan, and a stand-up fan.

The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, and toaster.

The bedroom also has patio doors that lead out to the terrace. There are 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, a dressing table with mirror above and 2 occasional chairs. There are also fitted wardrobes, a mini-freezer with a tall stand-up fan on top.
