Villa Orzola

This beautiful property is bright, spacious, and furnished to an exceptional standard. Nestled in the peaceful and highly sought-after area of Los Mojones, just a short distance from Puerto del Carmen’s charming Old Town Harbour, it offers the perfect setting to enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine in comfort and tranquillity. Convenient parking spaces are located directly outside the entrance gate.

The villa offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation across four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first super king master bedroom features fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The second super king master bedroom is similarly furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, and lamps, and also benefits from direct access to the pool terrace through patio doors. The third bedroom is configured as a twin room and includes fitted wardrobes, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, lamps, and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two double beds, bedside tables, sets of drawers, a stand-alone wardrobe, and lamps.

There are three modern bath and shower rooms. The en-suite bathroom to the first master bedroom features a WC, twin washbasins with vanity mirrors, a large walk-in shower with a screen, and a luxurious jacuzzi bath. The first family shower room includes a WC, washbasin with vanity mirror, and a spacious step-in shower with a screen. The second family shower room is equipped with a WC, washbasin with vanity mirror, and a step-in shower with a screen.

The stylish contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an electric oven, hob, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and iron. A separate utility room provides additional convenience with a washing machine and fridge-freezer.

The spacious open-plan split-level living and dining area is designed for relaxation and socialising. The dining area offers seating for up to 10 guests, while the comfortable lounge features cosy sofas, a TV with a variety of English and Irish channels, Netflix, and a Bluetooth sound system for entertainment throughout your stay.

The exterior of the property has been designed to provide complete privacy and relaxation, surrounded by high lava rock walls that create a peaceful and secluded setting. Guests can enjoy the large private swimming pool, spacious sunbathing terraces, and poolside shower, making it the perfect place to unwind in the Lanzarote sunshine. For outdoor entertaining and dining, there is also a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals alfresco with family and friends.

The private swimming pool is rectangular in shape and measures approximately 6m x 6m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.1m. The pool is electrically heated and uses a salt-chlorinated water system for added comfort. A pool cover is provided, and access to the water is via convenient Roman steps.

Orzola is located in Los Mojones, one of Puerto del Carmen’s most sought-after and peaceful residential areas, just a short distance from the charming Old Town and harbour. Originally a traditional fishing village, Puerto del Carmen has grown into one of Lanzarote’s most popular resorts, offering an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and local amenities.

The resort boasts a diverse range of dining options to suit all tastes, from traditional Canarian restaurants serving local specialities to venues offering a wide variety of national and international cuisine. The nearby long sandy beach is perfect for relaxing, with sunbeds and parasols available for hire, as well as a variety of water sports for those looking for a more active holiday.

Getting around the island is easy thanks to the reliable and affordable bus and taxi services. The exclusive marina at Puerto Calero is only a short drive away, while visitors can also enjoy a scenic taxi boat journey from the Old Town harbour to spend a leisurely afternoon admiring the luxury yachts and waterfront surroundings.

There is no shortage of activities and attractions in the area, including boat trips, deep-sea fishing, island excursions, diving, a golf course, mini golf, go-karting, tennis, bike hire, shopping centres, sports facilities, spas and wellness centres. Families can enjoy local theme parks and water parks located in Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise, while horse riding is available in the nearby village of Macher.

Car hire is not essential when staying in Puerto del Carmen, thanks to the excellent local transport links and amenities within easy reach. However, it can be advantageous for guests wishing to explore the many attractions, beaches, and natural wonders that Lanzarote has to offer.

The nearest beach is approximately 1.27 km away, while a supermarket can be found just 0.76 km from the property. Puerto del Carmen resort centre is around 0.95 km away, Lanzarote Airport is approximately 10 km away, and the nearest golf course is located around 2.36 km from the villa.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid-stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is included from November through to the end of April. For stays between May and October, pool heating is available at an additional cost of £120 /€140 per week.

Accessibility:
The lounge/kitchen is split-level (2 steps from the living room to the kitchen/dining area). The property has 1 walk-in shower. The area around the accommodation is flat, but there is a hill to reach the resort. Wheelchair accessible.

Amenities:
Wifi is provided at no additional cost. Orzola is conveniently located next door (adjoining lockable garden gate) to another of our villas, making it ideal for large families or groups of up to 24 people to reserve both properties.

Cots/high chairs/fans (£20/€25 per week, per item), stair gates/bed guards (£25/€30 per week, per item) & Z-beds (£50/€60 per week, per item) are available upon request.
