Villa Belvedere is a welcoming ground-floor holiday property set within the charming hamlet of Podere di Casalta, a small collection of restored stone buildings perched on a hillside in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and wooded hills, the property enjoys beautiful views across the Tuscan countryside, creating a peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway.

Carefully renovated while retaining its traditional character, the villa combines authentic Tuscan features with comfortable modern furnishings. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge, with doors opening onto a large furnished terrace. This outdoor space is ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffee or simply unwinding while taking in the spectacular countryside views.

The villa accommodates up to three guests across two bedrooms, comprising one double bedroom and one single bedroom, and is served by a bathroom with shower. A communal laundry room with washing machine is also available for guests' use.

Villa Belvedere shares the attractive grounds of Podere di Casalta, where colourful flowers, fragrant herbs and well-maintained lawns enhance the tranquil atmosphere. The communal swimming pool, located approximately 70 metres from the villa, offers a refreshing place to relax during the warmer months and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can also enjoy a spacious shared terrace with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape.

Just a short drive away, Panzano in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti offer a variety of restaurants, shops and authentic local experiences. The villa is perfectly placed for exploring the famous villages, wineries and rolling countryside of Chianti, while the historic cities of Siena and Florence, along with the medieval towers of San Gimignano, all make rewarding day trips.
