Villa Capitan is a contemporary three-storey home wrapped in full-height panoramic windows, set among the golf greens of Villamartín (Orihuela Costa), about 5 km from the Mediterranean beaches. 300 m² of living space on a 500 m² terraced plot, with natural marble floors throughout and direct garden access from every level — space, privacy and a true resort feel for up to 6 guests.
THE SPACE
Ground floor: fireplace lounge with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV, a fitness corner, laundry with Bosch washer and dryer, and a shower bathroom.
Main floor: spacious salon with a large sofa and smart TV, island kitchen with full Bosch appliances and a pantry, dining area, and two double en-suite bedrooms, each with its own smart TV and built-in wardrobes.
Top floor: a very large master bedroom with private balcony, seating area, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bath, plus a study opening onto a huge covered terrace (solar-panelled canopy) with garden furniture and a table-tennis table.
Spa & wellness: private pool with air and hydromassage jets (unheated), Turkish steam sauna (hammam), wood-fired Finnish sauna and an outdoor shower.
Garden & outdoor living: poolside lounge with garden furniture, sun loungers, swing seat and barbecue, an outdoor dining table and several seating nooks across the terraced garden.
Comfort & tech: Air Zone zoned air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central vacuum, smart TVs, large built-in wardrobes, and a full set of crockery and kitchenware.
GUEST ACCESS
The entire villa and grounds are yours: all three floors, the pool, both saunas, the terraces and garden, plus two-car parking on the property.

— The pool is not heated, it has hydromassage and air jets.
— Minimum stay 7 nights. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
— No smoking indoors, no parties or events; quiet hours 23:00–08:00.
— Pets are generally not allowed — please ask before booking.
— A refundable €500 damage deposit is arranged before arrival and returned after checkout.

Villamartín is one of the Costa Blanca's most established golf and leisure areas: supermarkets (Dialprix, Mercadona) and the restaurants of Villamartín Plaza are within walking distance; Alicante airport is ~45 min by car.
