Dalyan Villa Assuwa

Villa Assuwa is located in Gülpınar, one of the most popular areas of Dalyan, 1 km from the town centre, 150 metres from restaurants and cafes, and just a 2-minute walk from the Sevgi Yolu walking trail and the canal. Built on a large plot of 580 m2 with an indoor living area of 210 m2, our villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old). An extra portable bed can also be provided upon request. (For larger groups, there is an option to rent it together with the neighbouring Villa Tuwana.) Our green garden, surrounded by olive trees, features a semi-secluded private swimming pool measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with a depth of 1.45 metres and a metal ladder entry. A private children's pool is also available for the comfort of families. Outdoors, there are 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a seating group for 12 people, an outdoor dining table for 6 people on the terrace, an outdoor shower, and a built-in barbecue area for enjoyable evenings. On the ground floor of our villa, there is a spacious air-conditioned lounge with two three-seater and two single sofas, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all necessities such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, filter coffee machine, and toaster. Additionally, an en-suite bedroom and a communal bathroom-WC (equipped with a washing machine) are located on this floor. Upstairs, there are 3 further bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony, alongside an additional communal bathroom-WC. Air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a dressing table are standard in all bedrooms. For your comfort and safety, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a security camera at the entrance, a safety deposit box, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and a smoke alarm are provided. Amenities such as a baby cot, a high chair, and a stair safety gate are fully supplied for our little guests.
