The main house consists of four bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and the bathrooms. The living room, which includes sofas, is not considered a sleeping area.

Out of the 4 bedrooms, three are furnished with one double bed and one single bed , while the remaining one contains only a double bed. (Three bedrooms have their own bathroom)

Within the main house (or rather the villa), there are also two additional apartments that are part of the same complex:
One of the apartments is equipped with a double bed and a single bed/sofa bed (also contains a big bathroom).

The other apartment - “mini house”- has 2 bedrooms : one with a double bed and a single bed, while the other room contains only a big sofa bed, this area can also be used as a living room; this apartment also has small kitchen & dining room, and a bathroom.

Villa Mariia offers comfort and can accommodate up to 19 guests. It spans 600 square meters and ensures complete privacy, along with amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and more.

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Die Lage ist gut, der Ausblick einfach schön. Das Haus bringt alles mit, was man brauchen wird. Ivan hat sich zusätzlich noch um ein Babybett gekümmert, das war sehr nett (: es war ein sehr schöner Trip und Haus hat für uns (15 Personen) perfekt ausgereicht 😌 vielen Dank, Ivan!

Fourteen of us gathered at Villa Mariia for a one-week family reunion, and it was absolutely fabulous!
