This villa is just a 15‑minute flat walk from the beautiful Playa Dorada beach in Playa Blanca, or a quick five‑minute drive. The walk follows a pretty pathway lined with richly coloured bougainvillea, making the journey as enjoyable as the destination. Playa Dorada has been recognised many times for its beauty and calm atmosphere, offering a peaceful spot for families to relax. It is also fully accessible, with a ramp suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
One of the great advantages of staying in a villa is having your own private pool, without sharing the space with other holidaymakers. The pool, measuring 7.5 x 4 metres, includes a shallow section ideal for children or non‑swimmers. The surrounding garden is fully equipped with sunshades, plenty of outdoor furniture, twelve sun loungers and two dining areas. Guests can enjoy the built‑in barbecue, or even hire a private chef to prepare meals and take care of the washing up.
The villa is arranged over three floors and offers generous bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a bright lounge and dining area. The top floor features a spacious bedroom with a king‑size bed, an ensuite with a walk‑in shower, and a large balcony furnished with two sunbeds and two chairs.
On the middle floor, the first bedroom has a king‑size bed and its own ensuite with a walk‑in shower. This room has been thoughtfully designed for accessibility, offering comfort for older guests or those with reduced mobility, and has patio doors leading directly to the garden and outdoor dining area. The second bedroom also has a king‑size bed and is served by a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
The modern, spacious lounge and dining room opens directly onto the pool terrace with no steps. It features three large sofas and a state‑of‑the‑art TV with sports channels and Netflix, creating a comfortable space to unwind whether you’re enjoying a romantic break or travelling with family and friends.
Aldi is a six‑ to seven‑minute walk away, while the nearest bars, restaurants and beach can be reached in around 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Taxis to the town centre cost approximately four euros each way.
