Semi-detached house in beautiful Islantilla (20 min drive to Portuguese Algarve) close to everything: 10 min walk from a 15 km long fine sand beach and next to one of the biggest golf courses in Europe (2 min walk to the Golf Club and Double Tree Hilton Hotel) and 100 meters from a supermarket. Even though it is strategically very well located, it is a small urbanization of about 30 houses (mainly German owners) and in a very quiet and peaceful place with beautiful well maintained gardens and swimming pool.
House with two large terraces with wonderful views on both the golf course and the urbanization pool and gardens. The two bedrooms are independent and on different floors and each with its own terrace and bathroom with large shower cabins (one with hydromassage column and bidet). The master bedroom with a double bed (140/200) and the upstairs one with two beds (90/200). In the living room there is a double sofa bed.
The house is fully equipped, there are even two complete complimentary sets with golf clubs. Bed linen and towels included and cleaning services during stay could be provided on demand.
