Spacious farmhouse apartment with shared pool and private terrace. Located in a quiet rural valley with excellent access to Umbria's main attractions.
Offering one bedroom with en-suite bathroom this is our smallest apartment but still perfectly formed. There's a custom kitchen with marble counter top with french doors leading to a private flag stoned terrace. Feature exposed stone walls and hand made terracotta floors complete the rustic feel. The comfy sofa in the lounge can convert to a double bed with deep springy mattress.
The lounge/dining area is light and spacious with dual aspect windows. There is a fully equipped kitchen with marble worktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill and four ring gas hob. The lounge has a flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick for streaming and a comfortable sofa.
The bedroom can be made up as a king bed or twin room and can easily accommodate a travel cot. The en-suite bathroom has an enormous deluge shower. Throughout the apartment there are exposed stone walls, handmade terracotta floors and the bedroom and lounge windows also have built-in mosquito nets. The bedroom has a blackout blind as well as external shutters.
The private terrace provides seating for 4 people and its own Weber kettle charcoal BBQ. There is a large parasol to shade the dining area and a few steps down from the terrace there is a further seating area with a two person rattan love seat.
