Casa Colle Sereno is set within the prestigious Arceno private estate, a vast countryside reserve made up of rolling vineyards, olive groves and woodland, right on the edge of the beautiful Chianti Classico region in Tuscany.

The villa sits in the area of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena, offering a wonderfully peaceful and secluded setting with plenty of privacy. The surrounding landscape is quintessentially Tuscan, with scenic lanes and “white roads” winding through the estate, creating a real sense of escape and immersion in nature.

Despite its tranquil rural location, the property is well placed for exploring some of Tuscany’s most iconic sights. From here, you can easily plan day trips to Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa, as well as visit charming hilltop villages, local restaurants and renowned Chianti wineries nearby.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
