The villa features two floors.
On the first floor, you will find a living and dining room, a fitness room, and the master bedroom, which includes an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Additionally, there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom.

The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a large dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two more bedrooms, and three additional bathrooms. There is also a laundry room and a generous living/dining area.

Furthermore, there is an outbuilding that contains a bathroom and a combined living and bedroom area with two single beds.

Upon request, up to five extra beds can be added to any of the bedrooms.

The spacious terrace features a heated swimming pool equipped with a solar system and heat pump, along with an automatic cover, showers, a covered barbecue area, and a large pergola. It can be accessed directly from the living room and kitchen. Surrounding the property is beautiful landscaping, and the total area measures approximately 400 m².

The villa is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a small cul-de-sac.

Hotel Service

A housekeeper is available from Monday to Saturday, working from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. She will make the beds, do the laundry (including your personal clothes, if needed), and clean as required. If you would like to adjust her working hours, please consult her directly.

Wheelchair Accessible

The villa and the spacious terrace are wheelchair accessible via both the driveway and the garage. The swimming pool is equipped with a chair lift, and a ramp can be installed upon request. Accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor of the villa and in the outbuilding.
