Located just 5 minutes from Marina Pez Vela and all the beautiful places the area has to offer, such as the sunsets at the Malecón and Nahomi Park. Safe and quiet neighborhood, excellent location for sightseeing on foot, as the bus stop to Manuel Antonio is just 2 minutes from the accommodation.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, featuring a living room with a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed with a wardrobe, sofa, 2 nightstands, TV with streaming channels, and an additional single mattress. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, air conditioning that covers the entire space, and each bedroom also has a standing fan.

The property is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor is my family's house, and on the second floor there are 2 separate apartments.

Your door will be directly in front of the stairs, and your neighbor's apartment will be on the right.

It is a fully enclosed property, and we have security cameras in front of the property.

We have private parking and high-speed internet.
