Dimora Alba is a serene countryside retreat in the hills of Montegiorgio, combining rustic charm with homely comforts. Set across three floors, this welcoming villa is ideal for large families or groups seeking relaxation and space. The ground floor opens to a generous kitchen with a central island, fireplace and direct access to the garden, perfect for sociable evenings. A small lounge and TV room create a cosy atmosphere, while the airy veranda, with a large dining table and wicker seating, invites guests to linger over long meals with views of the rolling landscape.

Upstairs, the first floor offers three bedrooms: one ensuite twin room, another twin room, and the main bedroom with private bath and shower, plus access to a sunset-facing terrace. On the second floor, you’ll find another double bedroom, a twin room, and a shared bathroom with both tub and shower.

Outside, the garden is a delight, with cherry and peach trees, a pergola-shaded dining space and a brick barbecue. A short garden path leads you to the sun-drenched pool and loungers, and the owners’ vegetable patch adds a charming, home-grown touch to this fully fenced, peaceful hideaway.

Tucked away in the gently rolling hills of Montegiorgio, Dimora Alba offers the perfect balance between coast and countryside. Just a 30-minute drive from the Adriatic beaches and close to the trails of the Sibillini Mountains, this villa sits in one of the most picturesque and accessible corners of Le Marche. The town itself is steeped in history, with a medieval centre shaped like a triangle and winding alleys that lead to the lively Piazza Matteotti.

Montegiorgio is also home to the renowned San Paolo racecourse, an exciting day out for horse lovers, and is just a short drive from Le Marche’s famous fashion outlets. Foodies will enjoy the traditional flavours of the region, from Ascolana olives to creamy cremini, and walkers and cyclists will find plenty of scenic routes. Whether you want cultural discoveries, nature adventures or lazy beach days, Dimora Alba puts you in the heart of it all.

Security deposit
No security deposit is required. Instead, guests must pay a mandatory, non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee (please refer to the “Damage Waiver” section below). This fee helps cover accidental and unintentional damage that may occur during your stay.

Extra €100 per week for air-conditioning, payable locally.

Maximum 2 pets allowed on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet per week will apply (payable locally).

End of stay cleaning
Extra €200, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately May to October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.

Damage Waiver
A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver fee of €150 is payable to Oliver's Travels to give you added peace of mind during your stay. The damage waiver provides limited cover for accidental damage to the property or its contents, up to a maximum of €5,000. Damage caused by deliberate or reckless acts is excluded.
Any damage must be reported during your stay for the waiver to apply. Failure to report damage will invalidate the waiver.
Should the cost of repairing any damage exceed €5,000, guests will be responsible for covering the additional costs.
