Villa Solaris

Perched high in the sun-drenched hills of Mas Mila, Villa Solaris is a sleek, contemporary retreat made for those who like their holidays bright, airy and wonderfully scenic. The villa unfolds across three light-filled levels, where walls of glass draw the eye out to panoramic views of pine forests and vineyards.

On the main floor, a stylish open plan living and dining space flows effortlessly into a minimalist kitchen, both opening directly onto the pool terrace. With four bedrooms spread across the upper floors, including a master suite with its own balcony, there’s a quiet space for everyone to retreat to.

Outside, the heated pool stretches toward the treetops, surrounded by loungers, palms and cushioned seating areas ideal for lazy afternoons or sunset aperitifs. A barbecue and large dining table make alfresco dinners an easy pleasure. The design is modern, but there’s warmth and softness in the natural wood floors, handpicked furnishings and gentle Mediterranean setting. Just twelve minutes from Sitges and thirty-five from Barcelona, Villa Solaris offers a peaceful hillside escape that’s still within easy reach of city sparkle and beachside buzz. 

Tucked into the quiet residential neighbourhood of Mas Mila, Villa Solaris enjoys an elevated position in the hills just outside Sant Pere de Ribes. This area is known for its peaceful charm, Mediterranean greenery and scenic views over the Garraf Natural Park. It’s a place where you can start your day with a stroll through pine-scented paths, then head into town for fresh pastries or dinner in a rustic local bodega.

A twelve-minute drive brings you to Sitges, a coastal hub of art, nightlife and golden beaches. Sitges is beloved for its palm-fringed promenade, cultural festivals and family-friendly atmosphere. Further afield, the Garraf Park offers hiking and cycling routes with panoramic vistas, while Barcelona, with its vibrant markets, museums and historic streets, is just thirty-five minutes away. Whether you’re after tranquillity or a little adventure, Villa Solaris’s location balances both with ease.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

• €15 per single bed set;
  
• €25 per double bed set;
  
• €10 per towel set;
  
  A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 
  
  Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, to be paid with the balance due. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.



Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:

  A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Changeover day
Friday, Saturday or Sunday during peak season. Flexible rest of the year.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €250, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.

Other 3
Lead guest must be at least 25 years old. No groups of young people under 25 years old.

Minimum stay
3 - 7 nights, depending on season. All other duration on request.

Pool heating charge?
Not included in the rental price, extra cost of €280 per week (minimum charge), after this pro rata, to be paid with the balance due. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. For stays outside of May-September, please request for the pool heating to be activated at least 5 days prior to arrival. This option is subject to an additional charge. Please enquire for more information.

Tourist Tax payable locally in cash, typically costs €1-€10 per adult per night - please enquire if exact amount is required.
