This six-bedroom retreat blends rustic charm and modern comfort, where cool white walls and timber-framed windows meet sleek wood floors and bright, breezy interiors.
The layout unfolds thoughtfully over three floors, with an open-plan living and dining area at the heart of the home, bathed in natural light and opening onto a spacious terracotta-tiled terrace. The kitchen is designed for sociable cooking, and there are several inviting lounge zones, including a garden suite and a basement chill-out room.
Step outside and the mood shifts to full holiday mode. A generous swimming pool shimmers in the sun, surrounded by loungers and framed by olive trees and lush foliage. Kids can explore the playground or head to the games room at the back of the garden, while adults sip drinks in swing chairs or gather around the outdoor dining table.
The villa enjoys access to local amenities including tennis courts and a community pool, and it's only a ten-minute scenic drive to Sitges’ golden beaches and lively promenade.
Villa Mediterranea is located in a peaceful residential area just outside Sitges, surrounded by pine-clad hills and vineyards. The nearby Garraf Natural Park offers a stunning natural backdrop with trails for walking, cycling and exploring. The local neighbourhood also benefits from a football pitch, public tennis courts and a large seasonal pool and café just a short stroll away, perfect for relaxed afternoons or sporty mornings.
The vibrant town of Sitges is only a ten-minute drive away, offering everything from boutique shopping to art galleries, beach bars and family-friendly restaurants. Its Mediterranean seafront and golden sands are perfect for lazy beach days, while the town itself is famous for its cultural events and open-minded charm. The location combines all the ease of country living with quick access to a cosmopolitan coastal hub, just thirty minutes from Barcelona airport.

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!
Security deposit
€1,000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:
- €15 per single bed set;
- €25 per double bed set;
- €10 per towel set;
A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies.
Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.
Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to OT. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.
Other Ts and Cs
The hot tub is available as an optional extra at a cost of €100 per week, payable locally.
1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees:
- €25 per cot
- €15 per high chair
- €20 per cot mattress topper
A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Changeover day
Flexible throughout most of the year. During the peak summer season, arrivals and departures take place on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays only.
End of stay cleaning
Extra €220, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.

Jacuzzi: Children under 16 years are not permitted to use the jacuzzi.
