This is a fully self-catering private apartment designed for a comfortable holiday.

Living Area: A spacious open-plan living room with a fold-out sofa and a large TV equipped with a Google Chromecast adapter, allowing you to stream your favorite content directly from your devices.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen ready for home cooking, featuring a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, and a washing machine for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a baby cot.
• Second Bedroom: Includes a single bed and a sofa bed.
• Living Room: The main sofa converts into a bed for additional sleeping space.

Comfort:
Air conditioning is installed in every room.
WiFi is available.
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron are available.

Outdoor & Location:
Guests have access to the complex's communal swimming pool (please note: the pool is not supervised by lifeguards). While the complex is tucked away in a quiet area free from the noise of nightlife, it remains incredibly central. You are within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants.
Nissi Beach is just 7 to 10 minute walk away.

Other things to note
Electricity is included at a rate of 105 kWh per week (15 kWh per day); any excess is charged at a rate of €0.50/kWh, as per the meter reading.

The apartment is delivered ready for use, with clean bedding and a full cleaning. Upon departure, the apartment must be left in a tidy, undamaged, and trash-free condition.

We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that the swimming pool is not supervised by lifeguards.

Please observe rules of the complex.

Quiet hours: 23.00 - 9.00.

Night swimming in the swimming pool is not allowed.
