Tucked into the lush hills near Acqualagna, Villa Marchesana is a contemporary countryside escape that blends elegance and relaxation in the heart of Le Marche. Step into the bright living room, where light pours in through tall windows, and continue through to a fully equipped modern kitchen. The ground floor includes two stylish double bedrooms (one en suite), a third bedroom with a three-quarter bed, and a spa-like bathroom with whirlpool tub. A spiral staircase leads to a cosy mezzanine with two single beds, perfect for younger guests. Below, the basement is made for fun, featuring a TV lounge, foosball table, and an additional bedroom and bathroom.

Villa Marchesana is located just outside Acqualagna, a charming village best known for its world-class truffles and rich culinary traditions. Set between the Apennine hills and the Adriatic coast, the area offers a perfect blend of nature, food, and culture.

Acqualagna is home to the famous International White Truffle Fair, as well as seasonal festivals like the Summer and Black Truffle Fairs. The village buzzes with colour, flavour, and festive energy, especially in autumn and summer.

Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Furlo Gorge State Nature Reserve, a spectacular limestone canyon carved by the Candigliano River. Here, scenic hiking and cycling trails offer postcard views at every turn.

Security deposit
No security deposit is required. Instead, guests must pay a mandatory, non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee (please refer to the “Damage Waiver” section below). This fee helps cover accidental and unintentional damage that may occur during your stay.

Yes, included in the rental price, except for air conditioning which is at an extra cost, payable locally.

Changeover day
Saturday. All other changeover days on request.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €120, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Extra cost on consumption based on market rates, payable locally in cash.

Tax
Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€10 per person per night - please enquire if exact amount is required).

Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately late-April to early-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.

Damage Waiver
A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver fee of €150 is payable to Oliver's Travels to give you added peace of mind during your stay. The damage waiver provides limited cover for accidental damage to the property or its contents, up to a maximum of €5,000. Damage caused by deliberate or reckless acts is excluded.
Any damage must be reported during your stay for the waiver to apply. Failure to report damage will invalidate the waiver.
Should the cost of repairing any damage exceed €5,000, guests will be responsible for covering the additional costs.
