The 20-meter infinity pool serves as a focal point, surrounded by tropical shrubs, white sun loungers, and orange umbrellas, offering a social hub with panoramic views of the island's gentle hills. Each of the four bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, with locally-inspired artwork enhancing the villa's interior.

Despite its secluded setting, the villa is conveniently located, just a ten-minute drive from the vibrant Bophut village and a 20-minute drive from the serene Maenam Beach. Koh Samui airport is also a swift 20-minute drive away.

While enjoying tranquil days at the villa, guests can also embark on excursions around the island, from boat trips at Bophut beach to hikes to Na Muang waterfall. • Early Bird: 15% off for stays during Low and Shoulder season, 10% off for stays during High season, and 5% off for stays during Peak season for bookings made more than 120 days prior to check-in date.

• Last Minute: 20% off for bookings made less than 30 days prior to check-in date (excluding Peak season).

• Long Stay: 10% off for bookings of 7 nights or more (excluding Peak season).

OCCUPANCY
This property accommodates 8 adults, with capacity for up to 2 additional guest(s) using extra bed(s) for an additional fee, subject to availability. Children aged 6–12 years occupy an adult sleeping space and count toward the maximum occupancy. Up to 2 young children (0–5 years) may stay free of charge using existing bedding.

Standard occupancy is 8 guests. Maximum 2 extra beds are allowed in the villa available at USD 50++ per person per night, inclusive of daily breakfast.

• The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt and pepper), pots and pans, coffee grounds/beans, tea pot, mini bar, wine glasses, and floating breakfast as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
• The indoor dining pavilion (a modern open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar) can seat up to 8 persons. There is also an outdoor dining sala with a barbecue grill that can sit up to 8 persons.

Meals are prepared by Panacea's central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children's cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen -- guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT.

We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals -- breakfast, lunch and dinner -- can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request.

If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa's kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.
