The Three Villas

The property, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea, comprises three charming individual villas connected by a beautifully landscaped garden, patio and pergola.
The property accommodates 12 people with each individual house comfortably sleeping up to 4 people with two double bedrooms, one bathroom, one additional toilet (with handheld shower), fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. Each also has a private outdoor hot water shower and a spacious upper level terrace with panoramic views of the entire beach and neighbouring islands.
The expansive and beautifully designed outside space, overlooking the beach, features a variety of different seating and lounging areas spread across the property, from a large communal barbeque area ideal for socialising, a lounge area nestled under the trees in the garden, as well as smaller, more private seating areas adjacent to each house.
The space is stunningly landscaped with bougainvillea, fruit trees, bamboo, cacti, edible herbs, a water feature and an extensive lighting system that can be adjusted to suit your mood.
The property also has a large private parking area (suitable for up to 4 cars) at the rear of the property which is secured by an automatic gate.
The Island of Ios is a picturesque hilly island belonging to the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea. Ios not only has some of the best beaches of the Cyclades, but also one of the most lively nightlife scenes, primarily centred around Mylopotas Beach and the main village of Chora, just a short drive away. Mylopotas Beach is the biggest and most popular beach on Ios, with its 1km long expanse of soft golden sands and clear blue waters. There are numerous bars and restaurants along the beach, a stones throw away from the property. A range of watersports are also on offer, including snorkelling, SCUBA, kayaking, windsurfing and waterskiing.
