With glorious sea vistas, Villa Allure Royale is perched gracefully above the coastline of Le Pradet. Just a short walk from Plage de la Garonne and Les Oursinières, this newly built contemporary home invites guests to savour the simple luxuries of coastal living.

Inside, the air-conditioned villa’s generous layout unfolds with ease. Each of the five en suite bedrooms offers a private sanctuary, ideal for families or groups of up to 10 guests. Large windows draw the outdoors in, framing sea views and flooding the main living-dining space with light. The upper terrace steals the show, with its glorious panorama over the Mediterranean, perfect for evening apéritifs and long al-fresco meals as the stars appear above you.

Outside, days drift by between dips in the delightful swimming pool and relaxation in the shade of the fully equipped pool house. The atmosphere is one of understated elegance, where every corner is designed for rest, reconnection and indulgent ease.

Set in a residential area, the nearby beach is a leisurely 15-minute stroll down the hill, and summer essentials, including a bakery, grocery store and beachfront dining, are all close to hand. Traditional Le Pradet is just 3km inland, offering a taste of southern French charm through its weekly markets, cafés and convivial spirit.

Adventurous souls can explore the celebrated coastal hiking path, Le Sentier du Littoral, or set sail for the idyllic landscapes of Île de Porquerolles. Spend the day exploring the handsome city of Toulon or stay closer to home and discover kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and other picture-perfect days dotted along this alluring part of the French Riviera.

Located in an attractive residential neighbourhood perched above the Mediterranean, Villa Allure Royale enjoys a privileged position just a short walk from the Var coastline, only 16km from Toulon Hyères Airport.

With sea views from its upper terrace, this elegant escape is just moments from the picturesque shores of Plage de la Garonne (around 15 minutes on foot), a lovely bay for relaxed swims, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. A seasonal beachside restaurant, ice-cream parlour, a bakery and small grocery store near the coast offer added convenience during the summer months. Plage des Oursinieres (1.2km) is another beautiful beach to visit within walking distance (via the coastal hiking route). 

Traditional Le Pradet (3km) is just a short drive away, where you can browse local shops, enjoy weekly markets or sample southern French cuisine in its cafés and bistros. Beach lovers can explore more of the region’s idyllic coastline, with gems such as Plage des Bonnettes (2km) and Plage du Monaco (3.7km) nearby.

Outdoor enthusiasts can venture onto Le Sentier du Littoral, the renowned coastal hiking trail that meanders through scented maquis and past panoramic viewpoints – a must for nature lovers and photographers. Head slightly west to the laid-back town of Carqueiranne (7km) with its bustling marina and summer night markets, or continue to the Giens Peninsula, a haven for water sports including world-class kite-surfing.

For a taste of island life, take a boat trip to the Île de Porquerolles, a car-free paradise known for its cycling routes, white-sand beaches and turquoise bays. Alternatively, spend a day in the vibrant port city of Toulon (11.5km), where you can ride the cable car up Mont Faron, explore the old town or soak up local culture at the Provençal market and art museums.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean and mid-stay cleaning are included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
