Tucked away in the rolling hills of Somerset, Aspall House is a stunning converted farmhouse designed for gathering, celebrating and unwinding in total comfort. Behind its weathered stone walls and original oak doors lies a vibrant, soul-stirring retreat with ten beautifully styled bedrooms, an indoor pool, and 100 acres of private countryside.

Step through the hidden hatch in the front doors and you’re welcomed into a charming courtyard filled with flowers and light. To one side sits the cinema and games room, a vast space with soaring ceilings, squashy sofas, a roaring fire and a projector screen ready for film nights or laid-back afternoons. The heart of the house is the spectacular 25-metre kitchen and dining area, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, and plenty of space for cooking, entertaining and coming together.

The interiors reflect the owners’ love of travel, food and art, think boho prints, playful pops of colour and relaxed farmhouse charm. Outside, there’s a tennis court, alfresco dining under raffia pendants, and views that stretch across open fields and patchworked hills. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or toasting under the stars, Aspall House is a place where time slows down, and memories are made.

Set amid the gentle hills of Somerset, Aspall House offers a tranquil countryside escape with enough open space to feel very much your own. This secluded 100 acre setting means you’ll wake up to birdsong and wide open skies, with hedgerows to explore, wild garlic to forage, and fields extending in every direction. Despite its calm, accessible location, you’re still within reach of local villages, shops and amenities, making it ideal for mixing quiet days of rest with group adventures. Whether you’re heading out for a relaxed lunch, a scenic walk, or simply staying in and enjoying the estate, the setting gives you the best of both worlds: secluded bliss and easy convenience.

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfil your requests!

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean and mid-stay cleaning are included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
