This luxurious villa, accommodating 8 to 10 guests, is a perfect sanctuary for two families, designed with spacious comfort in mind. Nestled on the sun-kissed slopes of the mountains surrounding the enchanting village of Moraira, it offers a breathtaking escape.

Here, the first holiday villas of the region found their place, drawn by the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of Moraira. This exceptional location guarantees radiant sunshine all day long, while providing shelter from the occasional winter chill and welcoming sea breezes in the summer—an ideal setting for unforgettable moments.

The top floor, accessible by car, features a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Step outside to enjoy the terraces that offer stunning sea views; some are covered while others are fully open. These terraces are furnished with comfortable seating and a dining area, making them perfect for relaxation.

Imagine unwinding in the heated swimming pool while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, with a glass of wine in hand and the sun warming your face. Villa Vista Moraira has everything you need for a delightful stay, including table tennis, foosball, a children's play area with wooden toys, and a park for the little ones.

You can find peaceful moments reading a book in the shade of the fig tree while swinging in a hammock, or lounging downstairs on one of the ten luxurious loungers with thick cushions as your meal is prepared in the spacious, high-end outdoor kitchen and barbecue. You can then savour your meal at the dining table on one of the three covered terraces.

While we're downstairs, you'll also discover two additional bedrooms and one large bathroom, along with a lounge and dining area, and another kitchen. Upon request, we can convert the downstairs living room into a bedroom with two full beds, allowing the villa to accommodate up to ten people. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, a kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, along with central heating and, naturally, a heated swimming pool.

From the downstairs rooms, you can step directly onto the terraces that surround the large swimming pool. There is plenty of space for barbecue seating and luxurious sun loungers.

Surrounded by large palm trees, colourful bougainvillea, and numerous Spanish terracotta pots, you'll feel as if you're in an oasis. In the evenings, you can enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean climate enhanced by the atmospheric lighting around the garden, pool, and terraces.

If it gets chilly, Villa Vista Moraira is equipped with parasol-style outdoor heaters. The terraces feature three dining sets, benches, a hammock, and ten sun loungers. Additionally, there's a large parasol, a 2.5-meter parasol, and an outdoor shower.

The entire property is fenced and includes private parking, which is partially covered and can accommodate up to three cars (two of which can be covered).

Just a four-minute drive from the village of Moraira, known for its beautiful sandy beach and high-quality restaurants, you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the boulevard, relax on one of the many terraces, or admire the luxurious marina. Although small, the old town centre, with its narrow streets and charming alleyways, is also worth exploring. In short, Moraira is the perfect holiday destination.

For those who prefer bustling beaches and lively promenades filled with dance halls and discos, a 30-minute drive will take you to Benidorm, which contrasts sharply with the tranquillity of Moraira. Additionally, a day trip to Valencia is highly recommended.
