Located just outside the pretty town of Sant Lluís, Villa Pou Nou is a recently renovated 8,000 m², four-bedroom villa that combines modern design with relaxed Menorcan charm. With its clean, stylish interiors and spacious outdoor areas, it’s an ideal choice for families or groups looking to enjoy a comfortable island getaway in style!

Inside, the villa offers bright, open-plan living spaces designed for easy holiday living. The dining room seats ten guests and opens out to the terrace, while the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar makes mealtimes a breeze. The living area includes a separate TV space and direct access to the pool, creating a welcoming hub for everyone to gather. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms) and one shared family bathroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom suite features its own bathroom and private balcony overlooking the garden - be sure to grab this room!

Outside, guests can relax by the private heated pool (please see T&Cs), unwind on the Balinese bed, or enjoy long, leisurely meals under the covered dining terrace with barbecue. The large garden offers plenty of space for children to play, while private parking and modern comforts such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure a convenient stay.

The island’s capital, Mahón, with its impressive natural harbour, historic centre, and lively markets, is just 15 minutes away, as is the airport, making arrival and departure wonderfully easy.

End of stay cleaning
Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
7 nights during peak season. 3 nights during other periods.

Heating costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €300/week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
