I Cerri is ideally situated just 2km from Radda in Chianti, one of the most beloved towns in the Chianti Classico region. Perched on a quiet hillside, the villa enjoys stunning views across vineyards and wooded valleys, offering the quintessential Tuscan backdrop.

The nearby village provides all essential amenities, including a grocery store, bakery, post office, and a handful of charming local restaurants and wine bars. This area is also a paradise for wine lovers, with countless tasting experiences available along the famous Via Chiantigiana.

Day trips to Siena (35km), San Gimignano, or Florence (56km) are easily accessible by car, and smaller gems like Gaiole, Castellina, and Monteriggioni lie within close reach. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore local wineries, or soak up medieval history, I Cerri offers the perfect base for your Tuscan adventure.

Security deposit
€500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning
Mandatory extra €300, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
