The house consists of two floors, with the upper floor accessible from the street without the need for stairs. Upon entering, you will find the kitchen adjacent to the dining area, followed by the living room, which offers a stunning view of the sea. Next to the living room are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. From the living room, you can access the side terrace, which features a sofa and dining area.
Two external staircases lead down to the ground floor, which boasts its own terrace that is partly sunny and partly shaded. This terrace provides access to the lower level, which includes an additional bedroom and bathroom, as well as another bathroom for terrace and pool users.
The ground floor also features a naya (covered terrace) with a kitchenette and refrigerator. A few steps down from this area lead to the pool, which is surrounded by a spacious terrace. Additionally, a pergola with a BBQ is situated on the pool level.

The property is located on a quiet dead-end road and features its own parking space that can accommodate at least two cars, with one spot available under the carport.
The house benefits from all-day sunshine, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. Additionally, its hillside placement offers excellent protection from the occasional chilly northerly winds during winter.
Children's toys are available both indoors and outdoors, along with table tennis and shuffleboard. You'll also find plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, which come with cushions. If you choose to rent the linen package, it includes terrycloth covers for these cushions.

The house has been completely refurbished in a modern style. Each bedroom and the living room feature new beds, along with a stove that doubles as a fireplace. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the house has central heating for added comfort. You can enjoy satellite TV with international channels, and there's also Wi-Fi access available.
The kitchen is well-equipped to accommodate a minimum of eight people. It includes a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a combination oven, and a refrigerator with freezer compartments.

The town of Moraira, with its beautiful beaches, is just a 4-minute drive away. It is a small, charming town that boasts an abundance of restaurants and outdoor terraces. During the summer, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including open-air concerts and gastronomic festivals. If you take a short car ride, you can reach Benidorm in 30 minutes. This holiday resort has a completely different vibe and offers numerous entertainment options, such as nightclubs, water parks, and zoos.
