About the Apartment
Coral House welcomes you to a comfortable, fully equipped holiday apartment in the gated and monitored La Calma complex. Moreover, the complex features 4 swimming pools and beautiful gardens.
The apartment includes 1 bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a double sofa bed and an additional single pull-out bed. It accommodates families with children or groups of up to 4 people. Additionally, guests can use a private, covered, and monitored parking space.
Kitchen and Bathroom
The kitchen provides a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and a full set of dishes and cutlery. Therefore, guests can prepare meals conveniently. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating. As a result, guests enjoy comfort throughout the year.
Family-Friendly Amenities
The apartment welcomes families with young children. For example, we provide a travel cot with bedding and blankets, a high chair, a baby bathtub, colorful soft towels, and child-safe cutlery and dishes. Thus, parents can enjoy a stress-free stay.
We include all linen and towels, including beach towels, at no extra cost. In addition, WiFi is available for free.
Terrace and Relaxation
The large private terrace opens directly to the garden and pool. It features a sun awning, comfortable garden furniture, and sun loungers, so guests can use it at any time of day.

Nearby beach bars (chiringuitos) serve light snacks, ice cream, coffee, and cold drinks, so guests can enjoy the beach without leaving it.

ELECTRICITY
• 100 KW per week / 15 KW per night included in rental price.
• Any electricity consumption above the included amount will be charged extra at a rate of €1 per additional kW.
To avoid additional charges, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning and other electrical appliances when you are not in the apartment. This simple step helps minimize energy use and ensures you do not exceed the included allowance.
• Extra usage: €1 per KW, charged at check-out.
• Refusal to pay = deduction from damage deposit.
15. CHECK-IN / CHECK - OUT FORM
• Guests must complete and sign a form at both check-in and check-out.
• Refusal to sign = no check-in.
• Report any pre-existing damage within 6 hours of arrival; otherwise, you may be held responsible.
