This beautiful two-level Apartment Lagua Rosa combines comfort with a charming Mediterranean atmosphere. From the living room, there is direct access to a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, cookware, and tableware, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The apartment is perfectly prepared for families with small children. Guests have access to a baby cot with bedding and blankets, a high chair, safe cutlery and dishes, a baby bathtub, and soft, colorful towels for little ones.
The private residential complex offers two swimming pools, each with a separate shallow area for children, as well as secure parking spaces reserved exclusively for residents.
The nearby beaches are intimate and feature very gentle entry into the sea, making them ideal for families with children. The beach, restaurants, and bars are all within a 5-minute walk (approx. 500 m). The local street market is 800 m away, and the popular La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is just 1.3 km from the apartment.
