Upstairs, a striking living space with double-height ceilings, picture windows, and entertainment zones including billiards and table football offers a great spot for all ages to gather.

Outside, the pool sits nestled among olive trees, completely surrounded by nature. Children can roam freely between the garden’s play area and shaded pergolas, while the expansive private park offers peace, privacy, and even a dedicated EV charging point for guests arriving with electric cars.

Villa Tettuccio lies in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just a short distance from the medieval town of Montecatini Alto. Families can take the historic funicular up to Montecatini Alto, explore nearby hiking trails, or venture further afield to discover Lucca, Florence or the coast, all within an hour’s drive. Extra €250, payable locally in cash. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
