This delightful Javea Villa, private, two-storey Spanish finca (country house) is situated in the Cansalades area of Javea and has an overall ambience of peace and tranquility.

Spacious lawns and a well-maintained garden surround the 9 x 5m pool with roman steps, making it an ideal area for private sunbathing. There are a number of seating areas, some of which are shaded, and a large open terrace offering beautiful views and perfect for enjoying summer barbecues.

Entrance into the garden is through large gates with secure parking. Entry to the villa is via a double sitting room that is equipped with satellite television and CD player. To the left is a large, modern kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

On this level, there is one double bedroom with air conditioning and separate bathroom / shower room.

Stairs from the sitting room lead up to a large master double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both of which have air conditioning. A bath / shower room is situated between the two bedrooms.

The Arenal, with its blue-flagged sandy beach, bars and restaurants, the Port, with its fish market and promenade, and the old town, with its quaint backstreet shops and historic buildings is less than a ten-minute drive away.
