This Javea villa, which is on one level, has recently been renovated and refurbished throughout but maintains a traditional Spanish style.

The villa comprises of a large lounge and dining area with Tosca stone archway and includes TV, and wifi. Villa Montgo has four bedrooms accommodating eight people, two en-suites and a further bathroom with shower and bidet.

All rooms throughout have the benefit of air conditioning and radiators and is therefore ideal for both summer and out of season breaks.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob and with all other necessary kitchen items and utensils. There is ample cupboard space throughout the villa in traditional wooden Spanish style.

Additionally, the villa has a large summer room with arched windows and overlooking the garden and pool area. Most of the rooms are double glazed with sliding windows and mosquito nets.

The pool, which is 10 x 5metres is on the south side of the property and enjoys the benefit of the sun from early morning until late evening. Looking north from the pool area and over the villa are spectacular views of the Montgo Mountain. To the south, views across the valley to the mountains beyond are impressive.

The villa has extensive gardens, largely down to grass, but with many varied trees, shrubs and plants. There is also a small fruit orchard and the whole property is surrounded by substantial high hedging providing privacy.

At the far end of the pool the purpose built barbecue is equipped with barbecue, fridge freezer, work surfaces and cupboards.

Around the pool area are ample chairs, tables and sun beds and a remote controlled sun blind.

The approach to the villa is through an electric gate leading to a drive and double car port.

The property is close to a supermarket and a number of good restaurants. Javea town is a 10 minute drive and The Arenal Beach area is approximately 15 minutes by car.

Villa Montgo has been created to provide comfortable accommodation with spacious areas throughout and owing to its location it is the ideal place for a great holday.
