With the Montgo Mountain as its backdrop, this private, two-storey family Javea villa set in peaceful, secure grounds provides just the seclusion needed to unwind.

There are ample sun loungers for all day comfort by the large, private pool (15m x 7m) and patio or shaded terrace. There is a built-in barbeque, summer kitchen and covered eating areas for al fresco dining or relaxing.

Entrance into the grounds is through large gates into ample, secure parking. Entry to the villa is through a reception hall that leads into the large, comfortably furnished dining / living room with satellite television and CD player and WIFI. The kitchen is fitted with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

The two air conditioned downstairs twin bedrooms share a bathroom and lead out onto the pool terrace. Upstairs, the large air conditioned master bedroom has a double bed and bath and shower en-suite. The second double air conditioned bedroom upstairs has a separate bathroom.

There are restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket less than a mile away. A ten-minute drive brings you to the old town of Javea, with its shops, restaurants and open-air market, and blue-flagged Arenal beach.
