Ocean View is a One bed apartment overlooking the Old Town Harbour of Pto Del Carmen. Great views out to sea from the Small balcony off the lounge area. 1 bedroom with double bed with en-suite shower room and toilet. Small kitchen area with all you need to be able to cook if required. Fridge but no freezer at present. There is a aircon unit in the lounge area which is a pay per use unit, 1 euro coins needed.
Shared pool in complex which is accessible by a card key. Beach is just a short walk away down the hill. Apartment is on a road with some noise and most Friday and Saturday nights there’s noise from the Spanish club below. For people who like a bit of noise around them. The old town is very close to main promenade of Pto Del Carmen where you’ll find a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Also the main beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away. Airport is accessible by bus or taxi and only 15 minutes away. Lanzarote is the perfect place for a winter sun holiday. Pto Del Carmen is becoming a popular place for short or long breaks at any time of the year.
