Villa Yakamoz is a lovely 3 storey,4 bedroom,4 bathroom, detached villa, conveniently situated a short stroll (8-10 minute walk) from the beach front in Calis. The villa sits in its own private grounds with gated access. There is a private pool and garden with parking. The villa fronts onto a quiet residential street made up of holiday accommodation and residential homes. You will find Wi-if and full English TV package with Skysports., and all rooms benefit from their own modern air con units.
There is a mini-market close by around the corner, a Migros and a new Macro supermarket along the main road. Just across from the villa there is an outside Gym and children’s play park with picnic benches. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away. There is a taxi call button just around the corner if you don’t want to walk.
The villa consists of a large open plan ground floor with lounge, fully equipped kitchen, (with oven & hob, fridge, dishwasher, water cooling dispenser and microwave), dining area With seating for 6, an entrance hall with WC/ Shower room. There is a TV, DVD player, Sony hifi player, and a PlayStation 2 console & games, together with a selection of books and board games & DVD's.
First floor contains a King master bedroom with ensuite shower room & WC, and fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2 which has king size bed & fitted wardrobes, bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds, wardrobes & drawers. The family bathroom with twin basins and a jacuzzi bath can also be found on this floor.
The Second floor contains bedroom 4 - a large attic room with 2 single beds, a sofa bed & ensuite wet room & WC. There is a second TV screen for playing DVD's only or the PlayStation. All bedrooms have access to a balcony. On the main front balcony, a wicker sofa, 2 chairs and a table can be found for sitting and relaxing.
There is a free cot and high chair at the villa.
There are 2 safes for locking away your valuables, and there are lockable grills on all doors & windows.
In the garden and private pool area, there are 8 sun loungers, a comfortable hammock and a kettle bbq for guests to use. Under the covered terrace there is an outside dining table and seating for 6 and also 2 bench sofas and coffee table.
