There is a large family room with a very comfortable sofa set up and a flatscreen TV. There is also a dining area to seat 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are doors leading out to the large pool area.

The fully-fitted kitchen comes with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery etc.

The master King bedroom has been recently updated with new furniture. It is very spacious, and has a smart TV. The attached bathroom has shower, double-sinks and WC. The master bedroom has a lovely view of the pool area, and also benefits from a large walk in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, with recently updated furniture, and a large smart TV.

The third bedroom has also benefitted from a recent refresh - and has two twin beds and a large smart TV.

The full family bathroom can also be found between these two bedrooms, and has a bath/shower, sink and WC.

The garage has been converted into a fun games room with a pool table and air hockey table to keep all the little kids and the “big kids” entertained. This games room has a large comfortable sectional sofa, and a music system.

The whole home is air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans.

As soon as you walk out onto the pool deck you appreciate the extended deck and pool cage, with no rear neighbours, and conservation views!

The private pool has a child safety fence. An outdoor table and chairs have been provided to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy a full meal outdoors, along with sun loungers.
