Villa Alata presents a stylish and private retreat boasting panoramic sea views. Designed with modern living in mind, this three-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, including children, making it an ideal choice for two families or groups of friends looking to share a well-appointed space. Just a short drive from the renowned Yalikavak Marina, the villa is thoughtfully furnished to prioritise comfort and functionality, creating a warm, welcoming environment suited for both short getaways and extended stays.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a private parking area that fits two vehicles. From here, both the villa’s main entrance and the secluded garden with a swimming pool are easily accessible.

The villa is spread across two levels. On the upper floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that also houses a washer and dryer. A second bedroom on this level includes two single beds and its own en-suite bathroom. Both rooms feature sea and sunset views, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

The lower level hosts another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a picturesque view. This floor also includes a spacious open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Large doors lead directly to the garden and pool, while a cosy patio provides the perfect setting for morning coffee or leisurely outdoor lounging.Yalıkavak is a picturesque coastal town on the northwestern shores of the Bodrum Peninsula in southwestern Turkey. Please note that on occasions, in Turkey, extremes in weather can cause water and/ or electric supply to be cut or reduced. Services are normally restored as soon as possible.

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

In Turkey the plumbing system is not designed to have paper and sanitary items flushed down the lavatory. In these cases a bathroom bin is provided.

Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Travelling to Turkey
All British (and most other nationalities) citizens require a full 10 year passport with at least 6 months validity to enter Turkey. UK passport holders are exempt from visa for tourist visits of up to 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry date. For all other passports please visit the Turkish Government Website or the Turkish Consulate for details of whether you require a visa or not.

Whilst in Turkey local regulations require you keep your passport and a printed copy of your e-visa with you at all times.
