Unit A features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while Unit B provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms, allowing guests to enjoy both togetherness and privacy. Each unit is equipped with a well appointed kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the open concept layout creates a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The design encourages relaxed gatherings, shared meals, and easy conversation after sun filled days by the sea. For added convenience, both units include their own washer and dryer, ensuring extended stays are as effortless as they are enjoyable.

End of stay cleaning
No. $615, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required may be charged against the security deposit.

Damage Waiver
A non-refundable $80 damage waiver charged to the client by Oliver's Travels. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of $500. Above $500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage.
