Step through the gates of Villa Al Fresco and you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled upon a secret hideaway by the sea.
Step through the gates of Villa Al Fresco and you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled upon a secret hideaway by the sea. This charming seafront retreat is located on the shores of Senigallia in the heart of Le Marche. Each object and corner has its own tale, thanks to the homeowners’ love for design and their globe-trotting collection of treasures.
The villa opens into a spacious, airy living area, seamlessly blending into a well-equipped kitchen. There are two thoughtfully furnished en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on a mezzanine level above the living room. With space for up to five guests—including a comfy sofa bed in the lounge—it’s made for slow mornings and shared meals. Open the doors and you’ll find yourself on a beautifully appointed terrace with sofas, tables and dining spots perfect for sunset aperitivos or lively evening barbecues.
The garden wraps around the property like a green hug, fully fenced for privacy, and features a jacuzzi with views out to sea. It’s just a few steps to the beach and the long, scenic promenade—ideal for barefoot strolls and salty air. The village of Marzocca and local shops, farmers’ markets, and vineyards are nearby.
Villa Al Fresco is set just moments from the village of Marzocca and the golden sands of Senigallia, a vibrant coastal town in Le Marche known for its “Velvet Beach” and lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Step outside the villa and you’re immediately on the seafront promenade—perfect for morning jogs, evening walks, or simply listening to the rhythmic roll of the waves.
The immediate area offers everything you might need: local supermarkets, artisan bakeries, cafes, and traditional trattorias, all within easy reach. Nearby, you’ll find open-air markets brimming with fresh produce and small family-run shops offering regional specialities like Verdicchio wine, olive oil, and handmade pasta.
Senigallia is steeped in history, with its 15th-century Rocca Roveresca fortress and charming old town streets inviting exploration. The area is also known for its summer festivals, friendly locals, and a strong food culture, home to everything from beachside fish grills to Michelin-starred dining.
