Step into a true Andalusian retreat, where traditional charm meets modern comfort. Situated in La Sierrazuela in Mijas providing full privacy and tranquility. As you enter, you’ll find a welcoming open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. This level also features two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath/shower combination, along with an additional guest toilet. From the dining area, step onto the spacious terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while admiring the stunning scenery.

A winding spiral staircase leads down to the lower level, where you'll find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of the Spanish countryside.

Outside, the villa truly comes to life. The private pool is surrounded by sunbeds, making it the perfect place to soak up the sun. There's also a BBQ area, a bar with two small fridges, an outdoor dining space, and extra seating areas, ideal for relaxed alfresco meals under the Mediterranean sky. All around, you'll find lush landscapes and breathtaking views, adding to the peaceful and authentic atmosphere of this unique getaway. You also have access to the garage where you can fit 2 cars.

With its old-world charm, updated touches, and unbeatable scenery, this villa is the perfect place to unwind and experience the beauty of Spain at your own pace. 1. Please keep noises down from 11pm to 8 am and respect neighbours
2. No smoking inside, no drugs
3. Please keep the place and outside area clean to prevent insects.
4. Please don't feed the cats in the area and dont let them in the house.
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner when leaving the house, and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the house door locked and all windows closed when leaving, leaving the door unlocked, is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the house.

10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government.
