The apartment is located in the new Seaview reserve of El Higueron near the trainstation of Carvajal. This unique place has a style all its own. Incredible seaviews and carefully selected interior design. The location can not be better as the trainstation is a 1 minute walk away. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10mins walk. Guests should be aware there is a short but relatively steep hill to walk up from the train station to the entrance Peaceful corner unit located at the end of the building, featuring a south-facing balcony that enjoys sunlight throughout the day.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The outdoor space is ideal for entertaining, featuring a BBQ to enhance your outdoor dining experiences. 1. Please be quiet from 11pm to 8 am

6. Always turn off the airconditioner when leaving the apartment, and keep windows and doors closed when not home
7. Always keep the apartment door locked for security reasons
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.

10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government. If the information is not provided before arrival you will not be able to stay with us unfortunately.
11. Check-in time is from 16.00, check-out is at 10.00. I am flexible so if you arrive earlier or have a late flight, let me know and i will see what i can do
