Situated in a beautiful corner of the Vienne, Chateau Mareuil is a bijou ancient chateau which dates back to the 15th century.

The Petit Donjon, adjacent to the magnificent 14th century Donjon, is a newly renovated ancient barn - now a beautiful contemporary living space for up to 6 guests. Created with love and attention to detail, this bijou residence is just a few steps away from the impressive 12m x 6m swimming pool and has it's own private terrace. The Petit Donjon has 2 double bedrooms plus a fold up single bed, kitchen, lounge/dining area with sofa bed and downstairs bathroom with shower. A cosy woodburner in the salon area makes the Petit Donjon a great place to stay at any time of year! A custom designed and made stained glass window adds an ethereal style and quality to this "one of a kind" holiday residence.

The chateau itself and our Petit Prince Studio are both also available for rental, making Chateau Mareuil an ideal venue for family and friends get togethers, parties and celebrations!

Located close to Montmorillon, a charming medieval town, full of history and famous for writing, literature and gastronomy, particularly macarons!

Set in charming bucolic rural tranquility, there are many walks to be discovered where wild flowers abound.
