Step through the unassuming, traditional façade and you'll find yourself in a home that weaves together old-world detail with soft modern touches. The main house, restored in 2022, retains its Portuguese soul with Santa Catarina tiles underfoot and original features throughout. The welcoming hallway guides you into an open-plan kitchen and living space, while two serene en-suite bedrooms branch off the other side.
Beyond, a sun-dappled courtyard becomes the beating heart of the villa. Encircled by beautifully converted barns – now four independent en-suite bedrooms – it’s a space made for gathering. Picture lazy al fresco lunches under the pergola, the grill sizzling in the outdoor kitchen, laughter at the long table, and chess matches stretching into the golden evening.
The enclosed plunge pool invites cooling dips on warm afternoons, while the surrounding grounds, finished with traditional Portuguese calcada paving, offer peace and privacy. Just outside the gate, Amorosa keeps things simple and local – a bar, a few shops, and everything you need a short stroll away. A warm, welcoming retreat, full of heart.

The local property manager will send you a registration form to be completed, with all travellers/guests details, before your arrival date. Please ensure this form is completed at least one week before your arrival.

End of stay cleaning available?
Extra €295 paid to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
