Adjacent to it, on the same level, is a second house, within the same property, which is occupied from time to time. Located in a sheltered spot, protected from even the harshest weather conditions, and easily accessible, even during the snow period. On the main road and very close to the Korbas bakery. ***Before the war, Milies(which actually translates into "Apple_Trees"), was one of the largest (about 5000 inhabitants, nowadays, only about 730.. ) and highly developed central villages of Pelion. A multitude of shops filled the area of the square and the area around the train station. A large part of the inhabitants of eastern Pelion traveled by train, the historic "Moutzouris", to Tsangarada, Mouresi, Kissos, etc. All producers brought their apples, mainly, as well as all their other products on the train and promoted them to Volos.

In our days, the picturesque journey by train "Moutzouris" to the beauties of Pelion, starts from Ano Lehonia to Milies and takes place on weekends and in the summer, more frequently, but it can also be hired by Hellenic Train by various groups of people for various purposes.
