Beautiful property with own stunning private garden and access to borgo swimming pool, This is a 1-bedroom apartment suitable for a couple or a family of four, (smaller children are best) located in a peaceful part of the village, but very close to the swimming pool.The pool is available for all people who are renting in the borgo to use. The large and beautiful garden is overlooking the valley. The garden surrounds the apartment on three sides providing sunny, shaded and secluded areas ideal for outdoor use. The apartment has recently been refurbished and fully equipped with a brand-new kitchen. The living area has a double sofa bed. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The cottage is a perfect place to relax with stunning mountain views There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a double bed and an additional large sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable .
We also have a separate room with communal washing facilities and dryers for 4 euros each wash and 2 euros per dry.

Bar and restaurant on site with a Michelin guide restaurant a few minutes walk ( Scola) We also have Gin around a 10 minute walk and Local shop a few minutes walk.

House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm - 6 pm ( if later please advise) check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed except for outside - There are free parking on premises parking a few minutes walk from the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property except on request. Colletta is a very beautiful medieval setting in a heritage site with pathways that are uneven and steps up and down in certain areas. It is very important everyone can walk unaided and bring luggage that is easily carried
