Villa Laserena is a stunning 4-bedroom villa in Sardinia, sleeping up to 8 guests in elegant comfort. All four double bedrooms are on the ground floor, each thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and tranquil views. The master suite features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, while three additional bedrooms offer direct access to the stunning infinity pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

The heart of the villa is its spacious open-plan living area, comprising a stylish lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Windows flood the space with natural light and open onto a bright veranda, perfect for relaxing or socialising throughout the day.

Villa Laserena is located in the prestigious resort area of Porto Istana, near Olbia, nestled within the pristine landscape of Capo Ceraso. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, including holm oaks, myrtle, and juniper, the villa offers guests a relaxing escape a short distance from some of Sardinia’s most celebrated beaches. Porto Istana beach is only a few meters away, with its crystal-clear waters and soft sands ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

Just 2 km from the villa lies Spiaggia del Pescatore, a sheltered cove with shallow waters perfect for families. Visitors can rent pedal boats or try water sports at the local beach clubs. Le Saline beach, 5 km away, features a long stretch of white sand and iconic Gallura rock formations, ideal for long seaside walks.

The city of Olbia, 13 km from the villa, serves as a lively cultural hub during the summer months, offering concerts, festivals, and traditional Sardinian cuisine. Security deposit
€3000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Extra €350, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
