Security deposit
€3000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Arrival time
4 pm - early check-in only possible upon request one week prior to arrival, please inquire.

Departure time
10 am - a late check-out only possible upon request one week prior to arrival, please inquire.

Other Ts and Cs
If you wish to use the tennis court, please notify the hosts first so that they can check availability. It is a 5-minute walk from the villa.

Changeover day
Flexible.

End of stay cleaning available?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Smoking Allowed?
Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.

Minimum stay
4 days low season.

Pool heating charge?
Yes, included in the rental price. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Tax
Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner.
