Visitors can enjoy the renowned Verdicchio wine from Cantina Colognola, just under 1km from the villa, or purchase wine directly from the neighbouring Cantina Bacelli. The region is also known for its high-quality olive oil, which can be sourced from nearby estates.

The area offers an abundance of fresh, local produce for food enthusiasts. Visit weekly markets in nearby towns such as Cupramontana (Monday), Cingoli (Saturday), and Apiro (Sunday) to sample organic fruits, vegetables, cheeses, and fish. Don't miss the chance to try local delicacies, including fresh figs, peaches, and pears. The nearby cheese producers, Formaggi Calvisi and Azienda Trionfi Honorati are also well worth visiting.

Security deposit
€1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning
Extra €200, payable locally. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
